This web site contains amacker outdoors, amacker tree stands, amacker treestand, amacker climbing stands, amacker deer stands, amacker adjuster magnum, amacker fixed position, mobile shooting stands, stands, treestands, amacker climb and carry as well as various hunting accessories.
Due to a breached agreement, ProAssets decided it was in their best interest to remove the web site and all contents. Amacker Outdoors owes ProAssets a substantial amount of money at this time. Documentation has been provided by other parties that Amacker Outdoors maintains unpaid balances in regards to previous services.
Chris Wayne Smith of West Monroe, whom "only" has a licensing agreement to sell Amacker products at this time, then proceeded to utilize copies of the web site, which again has never been paid for. (Please note that our name still remains within some footers as of March 2008.) While this information may be altered, please be advised that ProAssets (as well as an outside source) maintains SOURCE files and digitized archives of such information. This would be extremely wise information for an unexperienced webmaster as well as a reputable web site designer to fully have knowledge of and realize that you may be held personally responsible for malicious intent after the fact.
It was erroneously reported the Chris Smith purchased Amacker Outdoors. Please note, Chris W. Smith and Charles W. Robinson do not own Amacker, they are only licensed to use the Amacker name.
